NEW HIGH EFFICIENCY HFC-32 CHILLER RANGE AVAILABLE FOR COOLING AND HEAT RECOVERY APPLICATIONS

A new HFC-32 air-cooled scroll chiller range has improved seasonal energy efficiency ratio (SEER) by 10% and reduced refrigerant GWP by 67% compared to the previous R-410A chiller range. The chillers comply with the efficiency requirements of the current European Legislation (Ecodesign Lot21) and are for cooling only or with heat recovery applications having cooling capacities from 80 kW to 700 kW. The mildly flammable A2L classification in ISO817 for HFC-32 allows the chillers to be used in a range of applications including chilled water systems. As a single component refrigerant, it is claimed that HFC-32 is easier to recycle and reuse. A fully integrated hydronic kit is available for fixed flow or variable flow operation, partial or total heat recovery for sanitary hot water production.
