HFC-134A CHILLERS SERVICING A BRITISH UNIVERSITY CAMPUS AND HOSPITAL COOLING NETWORK

10 MW of cooling duty have been added to the British Leeds Generating Station Complex (GSC) district cooling network servicing the University of Leeds campus and Leeds General Infirmary hospital.

Four HFC-134a chillers were selected with 10 MW cooling capacity, fitted with integrated open-flash economizers for best energy efficiency.

The chillers were chosen for their good energy efficiency at part load as well as full load.
