THE HFC KIGALI AMENDMENT ENTRY INTO FORCE ON 1 JANUARY 2019

After being agreed on October 15, 2016 at the 28th Meeting of the Parties to the Montreal Protocol, the Kigali Amendment to the Montreal Protocol had to be ratified by 20 parties to trigger its entry into force, which will take place on January 1st, 2019.
