F-Gas Regulation: Log book to download

The Article 3.6 of the F-Gas Regulation requires operators of equipments with a charge of F-Gases of 3kg or more (if hermetic, 6kg or more) to main

any quantities added andthe quantity recovered during servicing, maintenance and final disposal
other relevant information including the identification of the company or technician who performed the servicing or maintenance
dates and results of the checks carried out

An example of logbook has been developed in collaboration with EPEE to help you to comply with the reporting requirements of the F-gases legislation.

The Logbook is provided free of charge, but you will need to register in order to be allowed to download it.

The Slovak Association for Cooling and Air Conditioning Technology (SZ CKHT) is offering a software to control leakages.

Leaklog is a leakage control system based on Regulation (EC) No 842/2006. It logs
findings and parameters of leakage checks, shows a history of the development of
parameters, compares them with nominal ones and calculates the percentage of leakage.
