Toxicological profile HFC-143a

The HFC-143a rat 4-hour inhalation LC50 in male and female rats is > 590,000 ppm

HFC-143a cardiac sensitization NOAEL in a sensitive laboratory animal species is = 250,000 ppm and the threshold for effects is 300,000 ppm.  It showed no effects in a 90 day study at 40,000 which was the highest dose tested.
